Walk the Camino de Santiago: April 19 to May 4, 2026

What Now? Discover Yourself
on the Camino de Santiago in 2026

The last child has graduated. The house is… quieter. You’ve spent the last 18+ years raising children, and now you're an empty nester. What now?

If you’re feeling a mix of emotions – pride, sadness, maybe even a little bit of “now what?” – you’re not alone. It’s a significant transition, but it’s also an incredible opportunity. An opportunity for adventure, self-discovery, and a chance to redefine what life looks like in this new chapter.

Find Your Path: Join Me on the Camino de Frances

As an empty nester myself, I know firsthand the power of embracing a new challenge and stepping outside your comfort zone. That’s why I’m inviting you to join me on a transformative journey along the last 200 km (125 miles) of the Camino de Frances, a pilgrimage route across the North/West part of Spain from April 19 to May 4, 2026.

More Than a Walk, It's a Journey of Rediscovery

As I returned from the Camino in May 2026 it reminded me that life is a journey filled with unexpected connections, opportunities for self-reflection, and moments of profound gratitude. The Camino de Santiago has a way of attracting people who are ready for a change – and I’m here to guide you on your own personal journey of transformation.

What You’ll Experience

  • Embrace the Unknown: Step outside your comfort zone and discover the magic that happens when you embrace new experiences.

  • Connect with Like-Minded Souls: Share the path with fellow pilgrims from around the world, forming deep connections and lifelong friendships.

  • Find Your Pace: Slow down, breathe deeply, and appreciate the present moment.

  • Practice Gratitude: Reflect on your journey and cultivate a daily practice of gratitude to enhance your well-being.

Your "This Empty Nest Life" Camino Crew Awaits

During my first Camino, I was part of a fantastic group I called “The "Not Dead Yet Crew.” It reminded me that meeting people from different backgrounds can broaden our perspectives and challenge our assumptions.

In your Camino with me you will meet your “This Empty Nest Life” crew and discover how gathering with people from different background and perspectives can help you in this second chapter of life.
